The Wercs, Ltd. and J.D. Edwards Expand Alliance
Collaboration to Deliver MSDS Automation Capabilities to Joint Customers
Albany, New York. – The Wercs, Ltd., a global leader in Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) software, today announced a partnership with J.D. Edwards, a leading provider of collaborative enterprise software, consulting and support services. Through the interfacing and integration of the applications, The Wercs, Ltd. will deliver automated hazardous materials communication tools, specifically MSDS automation software, to J.D. Edwards customers worldwide.
Under the terms of the agreement, The Wercs, Ltd. officially joins J.D. Edwards’ Product Alliances partner program and will focus on providing enterprise wide software tools to automate the authoring, distribution and management of MSDSs and other hazardous materials communication documents.
The Wercs, Ltd. and J.D. Edwards have worked together in the past and share joint customers, such as Quaker Chemical, Ampacet, and Engelhard Corporation. The agreement allows The Wercs, Ltd. to promote and leverage its experience by providing integrated turnkey hazardous document communications solutions to existing J.D. Edwards customers as well as new opportunities.
