The WERCS Ltd. in Latham, NY seeks a Project Lead (PL) to lead team of developers to create products using multi-GUI web applications and multi-lingual .PDF document building processes in a .NET environment. PL will manage design, development and deployment of products in a live build process environment, including use of language character encoding for single and double byte language.

PL must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Comp. Sci or rltd field plus: 10 yrs software dev exp. w/ MS web based application development technologies; 5 yrs exp analyzing, designing, architecting, and implementing global products;3 yrs exp with (a) multi-GUI web application and multi-lingual PDF document building process using .NET environment and (b) Language character encoding for single and double byte language; knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, XML, XSL jQuery, Javascript, Web and Windows service, FLASH/Silver Lite, SSO and IIS 6.0/7.0; and development processes with AJAX, Linq, SOA, WCS, WFW, MVC Based web application and Agile; Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010; & Exp with configuration and utilization of Test Controllers and Agents,, MSI development, writing unit test. &supporting production portal.
